DO YOU HAVE AN OUTLET STORE?

We do not have a physical outlet store. The Pilgrim Outlet is online only and is your one stop shop for all things discounted event wear & everyday clothing.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our team as soon as possible at admin@pilgrimclothing.com.au. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

We aim to fulfil every order placed on our website, however, if your order has been cancelled it is likely due to an oversell of the item.
Due to our Outlet’s limited range, we cannot guarantee a full-size range on any of our outlet styles due to them being end of line/season styles.

WHY WERE SOME OF MY ITEMS FROM MY ORDER REFUNDED?

If items in your order have been refunded, it is due to them being out of stock. 

On occasion there may be delays in our system and items may show as available once they are sold out. Please do not try to repurchase items that have been refunded or cancelled.

SOME OF MY ITEMS HAVE BEEN REFUNDED CAN I CANCEL MY WHOLE ORDER?

If items from your order have been refunded or already dispatched, we are unable to cancel the rest of your order.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT SIZING?

As this is an outlet offering a range of discounted and clearance products, All Outlet sales are FINAL. Outlet products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM.

If you have received an item with a major fault, please get in contact with our team at admin@pilgrimclothing.com.au and include photos of the fault and your order number.

If you have received an item with a minor fault, such as loose threads on clothing please get in contact with our team at admin@pilgrimclothing.com.au and we will provide you with a prepaid returns label to have the item repaired and sent back out to you.

Please do not return your item/s until the fault has been assessed by our team and a return label has been provided to you, as this will cause processing delays.

I HAVE RECEIVED ITEMS THAT I DID NOT ORDER.

If you have received an item you did not order or it is the incorrect colour or size, please get in contact with our team at admin@pilgrimclothing.com.au and include a photo and the name of the item you have received and your order number.

I AM MISSING ITEMS FROM MY ORDER.

If you are missing an item in your order, please get in contact with our team at admin@pilgrimclothing.com.au.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

If you have entered the incorrect address, please contact our team as soon as possible at admin@pilgrimclothing.com.au. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?

Unfortunately, we do not have a pickup option available as our warehouse is not open to the public.

WHAT IF MY SIZE IS SOLD OUT?

As this is an outlet offering a range of discounted and clearance products, we cannot guarantee a full-size range on any of our outlet styles due to them being end of line/season styles.

CAN I COMBINE MY ORDERS FROM THE REGULAR PILGRIM CLOTHING WEBSITE + SOMETHING FROM THE OUTLET STORE?

Unfortunately as our main Pilgrim website and Outlet website are separate from each other, orders cannot be combined.

CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT RECEIVED FROM PILGRIMCLOTHING.COM.AU ON THE OUTLET WEBSITE?

No. As our two sites are completely separate, store credits received from our main online store pilgrimclothing.com.au are only able to be redeemed on pilgrimclothing.com.au as well.
