WHAT IF MY SIZE IS SOLD OUT?

As this is an outlet offering a range of discounted and clearance products, we cannot guarantee a full size range on any of our outlet styles due to them being end of line/season styles. 

CAN I COMBINE MY ORDERS FROM THE REGULAR PILGRIM CLOTHING WEBSITE + SOMETHING FROM THE OUTLET STORE?

Unfortunately as these two stores/websites are completely separate from each other, regular & outlet orders cannot be combined. 

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND ON MY PURCHASE IF IT DOESN'T FIT?

As this is an outlet offering a range of discounted and clearance products, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on purchases unless the garment received is faulty.

CAN I USE A CREDIT NOTE THAT I RECIEVED FROM PILGRIMCLOTHING.COM.AU ON THE OUTLET STORE?

Unfortunately as our two sites are completely separate, credit notes received from our main online store pilgrimclothing.com.au are only able to be redeemed on pilgrimclothing.com.au as well.
